As a member of Fiber Artists of San Antonio, your dues support the fiber arts and education about the fiber arts in San Antonio, and in the state of Texas through our membership in the Federation of Fiber Artists. Annual dues pay for membership from June 1 to May 31, annually. Reduced membership fees are available for new members only from January 1 to May 1.
FASA MEMBERS
- Receive and contribute to the monthly newsletter.
- Use and receive our email tree notices and announcements.
- Participate in our member creative challenges.
- Participate in our exhibitions, workshops and other events with reduced entry fees.
- Attend Federation conferences (next in February, 2012 in Kerrville, Texas). State Federation members include chapters in Houston, Dallas, Austin and San Antonio
- Members are eligible to open accounts at Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union.
These program benefits are important, but for most members, even more significant is the support from artists in one’s field, as we nurture our creativity and share skills while working together on common goals to educate the public and ourselves.

Dues must be paid by August 1 of each year in order to receive the newsletter, to be on the FASA email tree, and to be included in the Fiber Arts Directory.
